We act in accordance with applicable law and with the contractual agreements we enter into. Where legal questions remain open – for instance regarding trademarks, licences or permits – a venture is not marketed until they are resolved.

Companies, brands and projects are presented with their actual status. Shareholdings, revenues, team sizes and locations are only published where they can be substantiated.

Services requiring a licence – for example in security, financial services or property management – are provided exclusively through appropriately licensed companies or partners.

Service relationships between companies in the ecosystem are documented and settled like third-party transactions. Where a participation exists, any connection to another company in the group is disclosed.
