How to report concerns to us.
Reporting channel
Reports of legal violations, safety issues or misconduct can be submitted at any time by email to compliance@schmitzuniverse.com. Reports are treated confidentially.
Anonymous reports are possible on request; in that case, however, follow-up questions are only possible to a limited extent.
Protection against retaliation
Anyone submitting a report in good faith must not suffer any disadvantage as a result. This applies equally to employees, partners, service providers and clients.
Process
Receipt is acknowledged where a contact option exists. The matter is reviewed and, where necessary, addressed with legal support. The outcome is communicated to the extent legally possible.
Note on statutory reporting offices
Independently of this internal channel, you may also use the external reporting offices provided for under the German Whistleblower Protection Act.
