Schmitz Universe is an entrepreneurial platform that builds, connects and scales companies, brands and digital business models. Instead of starting each venture in isolation, the projects share one common structure: strategy, brand, technology, sales and administration.

Schmitz Universe is currently run as Jonas Schmitz's sole proprietorship. A GmbH as parent company is planned but not yet incorporated. Full details are in the imprint.

Investors can explore and enquire about individual companies and projects – each with an honestly labelled status. The entry point is the Investor Relations page with a short introduction, followed by a personal call to align expectations.

Existing companies and brands can bring their reach into the ecosystem – from events and motorsport to digital platforms. The path runs through the “Introduce a company” page; where there is a fit, a partnership or cooperation is formed.

Founders and teams can submit their venture via the pitch page. Where there is a fit, Schmitz Universe contributes more than capital: network, structure, technology, brand and sales – and takes the venture on as part of the ecosystem.

Every entry carries an honest status: “Active” means the company delivers to the market. “In progress” means a product or operation exists but is not yet fully rolled out. “Concept” means a worked-out idea exists but no operating business yet. This shows ambition without pretending to have existing scale.

The ecosystem spans eleven sectors – among them events & entertainment, software & platforms, real estate, logistics, brands and motorsport. Not every field is equally advanced; the respective status is shown for each company.
